About the Project

Edward Linacre Studio was engaged by Kerstin Thompson Architects to design and manufacture a range of lighting fixtures for their prospective offices utilising the expired factory lighting and discarded warehouse components that existed on the site prior to the renovations. Both studios entered into a fruitful collaboration that resulted in the entire offices illuminated by reworked, recycled and revamped luminaries; a testament to the value of discarded materials in an industry intent on transforming a reliance on natural resources.
